Returns & Refunds Policy
Every Noemsø Designs product is made to order, just for you. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference. Please review your order carefully before placing it.
We do make it right when something goes wrong.
If your order arrives damaged, has a printing defect, or is the wrong item, we will replace or refund it — no hassle. A return shipment is not required for defective or damaged items.
To request a replacement or refund:
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery at noemsodesigns@gmail.com
- Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue
- We'll respond within 2 business days
What qualifies:
- Damaged item (torn, cracked, broken)
- Printing defect (misprint, faded, incorrect design)
- Wrong item received
What does not qualify:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size ordered by the customer
- Minor color variations due to screen display differences
Lost or undelivered orders:
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us at
noemsodesigns@gmail.com and we'll investigate immediately.
Noemsø Designs products are printed and fulfilled by Printify. All defect and damage claims are handled directly by us.
